Service Warranty

The following terms of warranty apply to all repair and replacement parts and accessories sold or serviced by Imotobank / Imotobank Service.

Parts and Labor Warranty

• OEM parts: Per manufacturer’s warranty
• Vendor acquired parts: Per manufacturer’s warranty 
• Labor: 3 Months / 3,000 Miles 
• Used parts: 30 Days unless otherwise specified 
• Engines & transmissions: 6 Months/ 8000 miles 
• Customer-supplied parts: No warranty

Imotobank service is not responsible for, and will not pay for damage, malfunctions, or symptoms resulting from:

• Misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, modification, collision, vandalism, environmental damage, flooding, accident, or fire;
• Improper repair or adjustment of the vehicle, part or accessory or damage due to improper installation or diagnosis from an outside vendor.
• Any work performed by anyone other than Imotobank Service team at the Imotobank facility
• Use of the part or accessory in a vehicle used for a competitive or off-road purpose.
• Failure to follow and prove that recommended maintenance intervals and requirements have been adhered to.

This warranty does not cover wear and tear items such as clutch linings, brake pads/shoes, brake linings, windshield wiper blades, fuses, worn seat covers, and other trim and appearance items that wear as a result of normal use, lack of normal care, or deterioration. Batteries are covered by the battery manufacturer on a pro-rata basis and not by Imotobank.  Except where specifically required as part of a repair covered by warranty, maintenance and service items are at the expense of the owner.

No other warranties made. Imotobank will not pay/reimburse for any outside work.
